Letter to “Miss May.” In part: “Miss Jewett has promised to dine with us tomorrow (Sunday) at six o’clock, and part of this plan was, that you should come with her as perhaps she has told you.” Light scattered soiling and an erased pencil notation to the upper left, otherwise fine condition.
