TLS signed “Spanky,” two pages, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, April 20, 1992. Letter to James E. Rogan. In part: “As you may know, I prevailed in my action against the Minnesota bar that was using my name and likeness…Is there any way you can find out if there was ever a case or ruling in California whereby a studio (or television) contract was ever questioned as to its’ [sic] validity because it was signed by a minor child’s parents or guardian and not signed or executed in any way (required or not) by the minor child who was the subject of the contract?” In fine condition.
