Untranslated document in Spanish concerning a silver and lead mine called “El Carmelo.” Signed at the conclusion by Diaz and countersigned by other officials. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature, scattered toning, an area of toning from the seal to the lower left, and rusty paperclip marks and impressions to the left border.
