Meantime it was found that the Municipality, in their present financial position, could undertake no fresh liabilities. The Revision of the Municipal Act is now in progress. It will increase the income at the disposal of the Municipality, & provide the funds necessary to carry out the much needed drainage works.” In fine condition, with a central horizontal fold.
