Original 8 x 9.5 color cardstock premium issued by Rawlings in 1964, bearing a facsimile signature in the upper left corner, signed over the jersey in blue ballpoint. A few light creases and the signature a shade light, otherwise fine condition. This was one of a set of 11 premiums included with the purchase of a Rawlings glove from 1964 to 1966.
