Original 1860s albumen 2.25 x 4 carte-de-visite portrait of Forrest in full uniform. The reverse has the original E and H.T. Anthony studio stamp and an 1860s two-cent tax stamp. Forrest's name is neatly written in pencil at the top of the back in an unknown hand. The front has a few small creases and edge wear. Overall presents strongly. RR Auction COA.
