Dutch naturalist (1720–1799) who managed the exotic animal collection of William V, Prince of Orange, and published descriptions and detailed illustrations of creatures from around the world. His work includes the first mention of the slow loris in scientific literature. ALS in French, signed “Vosmaer,” one page, 7.25 x 9, February 11, 1788.
