DS, two onionskin pages, 8.5 x 13, June 28, 1967. Certificate of amendment for the articles of incorporation of the Beach Boys International Fan Club, signed twice on the second page in blue ink by Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Carl Wilson, and Mike Love. In fine condition, with a horizontal fold to the bottom, light scattered wrinkling, some very light soiling, staple holes to the upper left, and a light pencil notation to the left border and check marks next to Brian Wilson’s signature on the second page. The Beach Boys had released Pet Sounds one year earlier and had just finished up the acclaimed Smile sessions. A beautifully signed document from the Boys at their peak.
