Edison sells a share of his battery company

DS, signed “Thos. A. Edison,” one page, 7.5 x 11, May 27, 1918. A document transferring one share of capital stock in Edison Primary Batteries, Inc. to Harry F. Miller. Two stamps affixed to the lower left and initialed by the secretary. Light scattered wrinkling, a mild shade of toning, light chipping to top edge, and a trimmed left edge, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a related unsigned Edison Primary Batteries document naming John W. Robinson the secretary. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
