DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, November 6, 1946. Twice-signed contract between the William Morris Agency and Jolson, who agrees to employ “the Agent for a period of ninety (90) days to negotiate employment in the broadcasting industry” and pay a 10% commission. Signed by Jolson and the agent at the bottom of the first page, and again on the reverse. Scattered wrinkling throughout, a light shade of toning, two punch holes to the top, a few dings to the edges, and the signatures with some irregular adhesion, otherwise fine condition.
