Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Haywood. In fine, clean condition, with moderate intersecting folds, and a couple of creases to lower right corner. The white seal is crisp and intact and Jackson’s signature measures over 6″ long.
