Track and field athlete (1914–1991) who was the 1936 Olympic champion in the 110 m hurdles, and broke the World Record in that event three times. Two items: glossy 5 x 3.5 photo of Towns at the 1936 Olympics, signed in felt tip, “Forrest ‘Spec’ Towns”; and a series 1976 $2 bill signed at the top in felt tip.
