In part: “Thank you for sending that lovely little knitted gift for my new grandson, I think it is so thoughtful of you to knit it all, and indeed I’m sure my daughter will love it, the green ribbon is so attractive. You do knit extremely well!… I did enjoy the opening of ‘Gone With the Wind,’ and particularly those lovely ‘Scarlett O’Hara’ roses which were given to me just before the film began, they are really beautiful.” Scattered wrinkling, some vertical toning to the right side from a magnetic album, and impressions due to surface loss on the reverse from adhesive removal, otherwise fine condition.
