A memorandum of agreement modifying a 1944 contract with the Western Printing and Lithographing Company in which Temple’s parents relinquish their rights as licensors now that she is of legal age. A set of staple holes and two paperclip impressions to the top left corner, and scattered impressions and creases, otherwise fine condition.
