Agreement between Mack Sennett and actress Harriet Hammond, with Sennett’s company hiring Hammond for a six month period for a starting salary of $35.00 per week for three months, and raising her salary to $40.00 per month for the next three months. Contract also makes provisions for three further six month extensions. Signed on the second page by Sennett and Hammond. Two carbons of letters notifying Hammond of extensions are affixed to the top edge of the second page. Expected folds and a mild shade of toning, otherwise fine condition. An uncommon Sennett format.
