Stately vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 head-and-shoulders portrait, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Gen. & Mrs. William Hesketh, Best wishes, George Wallace, Gov. Ala.” In fine condition, with light contrast to the signature and inscription against the darker background. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, postmarked December 15, 1965.
