Hughes of Chicago, in full: “Answering yours of the 7th—I do not believe that it would be a wise use of time to go into the subject you mention in your letter by correspondence. Possibly at some later time when I am writing an article for publication I may express my views on the subject of true character and greatness.” Intersecting folds, a few small edge tears, and a couple of adhesive remnants along the edges, otherwise fine condition.
