A First Day of Issue philatelic souvenir. Entitled “A Decade of Achievement,” souvenir measures 8 x 5 closed, with an image of two astronauts riding the lunar rover on the cover. Card bears a pre-printed message from the Postmaster General on the inside cover, with two eight-cent commemorative stamps affixed to other side, bearing a First Day of Issue stamp, and an August 2, 1971, Kennedy Space Center cancellation. Signed under the stamps in black felt tip by Dave Scott, Al Worden, and Jim Irwin. In fine condition. Accompanied by the original envelope. Pre-certified Steve Zarelli and RR Auction COA.
