Contract between Queen and Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch Records, citing “a certain agreement…between you and Sackville Productions Limited, relating to my services as a recording artist,” outlining details of Queen’s responsibility to Sackville Productions, and that their “services for the purpose of recording phonograph records are of a special, unique and extraordinary character which gives them a peculiar value, the loss of which cannot adequately be compensated by damages,” and that “I warrant and represent that my agreement with Productions provides that I shall receive not less than Six Thousand Dollars in compensation per annum by reason of that agreement.” Light creasing, a white-out mark to the top edge, and small staple marks to the top left corners, otherwise fine condition.
