Howell,” listing “Ninety muskets-altered flint to Percussion…Ninety Bayonet Scabbards, Three thousand six hundred Ball Cartridges, Cal. 69,” and “Four Boxes Packing,” signed at the conclusion by Howell and Captain George H.
