Loose but intact hinges, toning to signed page, some light feathering to signature, dampstaining to back hinge, and some bumps to tail and back cover of spine, otherwise very good condition. Accompanied by several Flint, Michigan, newspaper clippings and a postcard for a luncheon with Roosevelt on May 5, 1959. RRAuction COA.
