Roosevelt approves the purchase of five dozen gum labels from the Dennison Manufacturing Company for $3.75, signed by Roosevelt as one of New York’s Health Commissioners. Double matted and framed with a color portrait and a name plaque to an overall size of 23.5 x 17. In good condition, with moderate toning and staining, some lightly affecting end of Roosevelt’s signature, central horizontal fold, and expected stamps and notations.
