Larry Lajoie

Baseball Hall of Famer (1874–1959). During his 21-year career as a second baseman (1896–1916), mostly with the Cleveland Indians, he posted a lifetime batting average of .339. In 1901, he batted .422, highest ever in a season in the American League. Vintage ink signature, “Larry Lajoie,” on an off-white 3.5 x 1.5 lined card. Card is affixed to the lower portion of an off-white 3.75 x 5.75 card with a clipped Hall of Fame plaque affixed to upper portion. In fine condition. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
