It is contemplated, pursuant to the phase agreement, that the first photoplay will be ‘Kings Go Forth,’ starring Frank Sinatra and to be produced by Frank Ross. The undersigned is only interested in the Venture if the first photoplay is produced by Frank Ross.” Signed on the second page by Sinatra and Frank Ross. Torn out punch holes to top edge, and a staple and staple hole to top left corner, otherwise fine condition. A scarce contract from the busiest and most successful phase of Sinatra’s film career.
