In very good condition, with central horizontal fold, scattered creasing and wear, area of separation along the spine and back cover, and a small tear to the right edge. Distributed to movie theater management, the guide contains many of the 1956 Elvis Presley Enterprises licensed items that were for sale in stores at the time, as well as the many variations of Love Me Tender posters that were available to theaters, some of which have never appeared in the marketplace.
