Mercante’s 1976 referee’s license issued by the New York State Athletic Commission, 4 x 2.5, signed on the reverse, “Arthur L. Mercante.” A small clipped photo of Mercante is affixed to the front, with his physical description filled in on the reverse. In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light soiling, and partial seal impressed into photo.
