Hareltine, Esq. in Lowell, Massachusetts,” and franked in the top right corner, “Free, Horace Mann, MC.” In very good condition, with a few light diagonal folds, one lightly affecting the signature, scattered creasing, uniform toning, a few spots of foxing, a faint pencil notation in another hand, and paper loss to the top left corner.
