I have already written Mayor Curley that it would be impossible for me to be present. I am sure Mr. Stearns would like to see Samuel Perkins and so should I.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds, one lightly affecting a couple of letters from the last name of the signature, and a few trivial spots of light surface wrinkling.
