Grayson is the holder of One Share of Stock in the Town of Menard,being the Five Hundredth part of Fifty Thousand Dollars, the par value of said Stock==consisting of Fourteen Hundred and Eight Lots, composing said Town, situated on the West bank of the Neches River, in the County of Liberty; which will entitle the holder, his or her assigns, to all the benefits that may accrue thereon, free from all and every encumbrance whatever.” In fine condition, with a uniform shade of mild toning.
