Clark a “Captain in the Medical Corps.” Signed at the conclusion by Roosevelt and countersigned by the Acting Secretary of War. In fine condition, with Roosevelt’s signature just a shade or two light, a few edge dings, and a bit of mild edge toning. The blue seal is mostly intact.
