In part: “In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid, does hereby transfer, set ever and assign unto Monogram Music Company, all of its rights, title and interest in and to the following musical composition…Nameless, Class E Unp.#371340.” Creasing, wrinkles, staple holes, two punch holes at the top of the page, several small tears, and five tears along the right side still repaired with old tape, otherwise very good condition.
