Letter to John Templeman authorizing him “to take possession of my mill in Albany…and to make such use of it as you shall judge best for my advantage.” In very good condition, with fading to signature and portions of text, rendering some text almost illegible, scattered toning, soiling, and damp staining, tears and chips to right edge, and a few pencil notations.
