Original vintage signed pencil sketch of a prototype of Superman in profile, and a provocatively dressed woman bearing a striking resemblance to Lois Lane on a light brown 11.25 x 9.5 sheet, signed at the bottom, “Joe Shuster.” The sketch was most likely done in the late 1930s. In very good condition, with tack holes to upper corner, scattered creasing and wrinkling, and some scattered stray ink marks and soiling.
