Enterprises for Gaye to perform at the Centroplex Coliseum in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Friday, November 11, 1977, for a price of $25,000. Gaye will receive a $7000 advance, with the balance due several days later. Boldly signed near the bottom in black felt tip by Gaye.
