Ballpoint signature and inscription, “To Claudia, Elvis Presley,” on an off-white 4 x 3 album page, affixed to a slightly larger clipped magnetic album page. Album page is removably affixed to an 18.5 x 24 mount, along with a 9.5 x 12 clipped swatch of a bed sheet clipped from Elvis’s bed at the Sheraton-Columbia Inn in Columbia, South Carolina, and is accompanied by a 1977 TLS from the general manager stating the sheeets “were removed from Mr. Elvis Presley’s bed on Friday, February 18, 1977,” and were donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Also affixed to the mount are three color candid snapshots of Elvis on stage. Shadow-boxed to an overall size of 19 x 25.25. A central vertical fold through a single letter of signature, scattered light foxing, and some light horizontal lines from magnetic photo album backing, otherwise fine condition.
