In part: “Upon the completion of your temporary duty on board the U.S.S. NEVADA you will visit the Navy Yard, Norfolk, Va., and the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company…to inspect the electrical installations under the cognizance of the Bureau of Steam Engineering…Upon completion of this temporary duty you will return to Washington, D.C., and resume your regular duties.” In very good condition, with scattered creasing, wrinkling, staple holes at the upper left corner, office stamps and pencil notations, areas of soiling and show-through from writing on opposing sides.
