In full (translated): “I was afraid not be able to take my charge of juryman and asked you to decline my participation. But regarding to your very kind willing and those of the jury men of the committee, I am now obliged to accept your fair proposition…Please accept all my best regards.” In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light toning and soiling.
