ALS, two pages, 5.25 x 6.5, Savoy Hotel London letterhead, July 26, 1948. Letter to a fan. In part: “I would be very honored to have you start a fan club for me. I do have a national fan club in America, and I believe we have an English branch. If you like, you can write for all details to Miss Jean Grey…I unfortunately only brought a few small pictures along, and the supply has been exhausted already. When you write Miss Grey–I’m sure she will arrange to send you one.” In fine condition, with a uniform shad of mild toning, and two punch holes to top of each page.
