Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Burgess in a long gown holding a smoldering cigarette, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “To Saul – Happiness always, Dorothy Burgess 1937.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s stamp date of October 9, 1937, the date the signature was acquired.
