Three items: two DSs, each signed “B. K. Bruce,” folded to 3.5 x 8.5, dated July 8, 1890, and October 8, 1890, respectively. A signed release and a signed deed in fee in his capacity as District of Columbia recorder of deeds; and an ink signature, “B. K. Bruce,” on a 3.75 x 1.5 slip clipped from a letter. In very good condition, with separation along the fold of one document, wrinkling, mild toning, and the signature affixed to a same size piece of heavy paper.
