Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, “To Harold Horowitz, with the greetings of Sinclair Lewis, Detroit, Oct. 13, 1922.” Toning and soiling to signed page, separation along front hinge, light foxing to pastedowns and fore-edges, and scattered toning and wear to the slightly loose spine. Dustjacket is clipped inside, and shows scattered creasing, toning and soiling, a few areas of paper loss (heaviest to spine) and label remnants to top of front, otherwise very good condition (the back of the jacket is an order form for other Harcourt titles).
