Stoker was an Irish author (1847–1912) best known for his horror classic Dracula. Irving (1838–1905) was a prominent British stage actor who was the first of his profession to be knighted. Brief letter to an unidentified gentleman sending good wishes and thanks for roses, and expressing his wish to see the recipient.
