Vintage glossy 8 x 10 publicity photo of Baxter lounging on a couch, credited to Hommel, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “To Saul, every good wish, Anne Baxter.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s notation of May 19, 1945, the date the signature was acquired. Reverse also bears an affixed caption states, in part: “Anne Baxter in her latest starring role plays the part of a willful, self-centered girl…in Hunt Stromberg’s ‘Guest In The House.” In very good condition, with some light contrast to signature and some mild rippling from adhered caption on reverse.
