In full: "I regret you have not received my note of October 19th thanking you for the beautiful ivory paper cutter…a copy of which is enclosed. The cutter is on my desk and is not only beautiful but useful." A few light creases, and a rusty paperclip mark to top edge, otherwise fine condition.
