Description

The target of Mommy Dearest ironically signs on for an eventually canceled appearance in "Every Day Is Mother's Day"

DS, signed 'Joan Crawford,' one page both sides, 8.5 x 13, December 27, 1965. Actors Single Picture Television Motion Picture Contract between Hope Pictures and Crawford for the actress to appear 'in the role of Diane Milns in a photoplay…produced primarily for exhibition over free television, the working title of which is now Every Day Is Mother’s Day' for a fee of $7,500.00. Ironically, a red-ink notation of 'Episode cancelled' has been written across the page. Crawford has initialed a deleted term. In fine condition. Accompanied by two pencil signatures, two initialed contract riders, and two unsigned photos. An amusing association with the actress whose maternal skills came famously under fire. RRAuction COA.
