In part: “You have produced the records by Dorothy Morrison of the compositions ‘All of God’s Children Got Soul’ and ‘That’s What My Man Is For’…For You such services as a producer, in connection with recordings containing the Compositions produced by you hereunder, we will pay you a royalty on the terms and conditions set forth on the attached pages entitled ‘Elektra Standard Royalty Provisions.’” Bramlett and Russell have each initialed the first, third, and fourth pages as well.
