Signed at the conclusion by Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. Matted and framed with a color portrait of Monroe to an overall size of 24.5 x 14. Two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, and some scattered light toning and foxing, otherwise fine condition. The white seal is slightly worn, but intact. Oversized.
