Closing of a larger document, crisply signed by Hancock as Treasurer, and countersigned by John Avery. Suede matted and framed with an engraved portrait of Hancock, to an overall size of 15.5 x 24. Intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, and some scattered mild toning, otherwise fine condition.
