Land document, in part: “To have and to hold the said granted premises with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belong to him the said Henry L. Langdon, his heirs, and assigns to his and their only proper use and benefits forever. And, the said William Eustis, for myself, any heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby covenant, grant, and agree to and with the said Henry L Langdon…have full power and lawful authority to grant and convey the same in manner aforesaid.” In very good condition, with a tear passing between his first initial and last name, intersecting folds, a few small holes, and light soiling.
