Manuscript DS, in French, signed “Napoleon,” one page, 7.75 x 12.5, February 11, 1806. An untranslated draft of a decree for the nomination of Mr. Buffi as Real Commissioner for the National Accounts Department. In fine, bright condition. An exceptionally nice example, adorned with Napoleon’s lesser-seen full signature. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
